PGP is led by Thomas Barber, a hyperscale data centre construction expert with over 15 years of experience delivering large-scale, mission-critical projects across the region. With a background spanning both operations and commercial leadership, Thomas brings a dual focus on project delivery and financial oversight.

As an RICS-certified quantity surveyor and experienced Operations Director, he has deep expertise in cost control, contractor negotiation, and complex project execution.

PGP specialises in cladding, roofing, internal fit-outs, and full-envelope solutions—ensuring high-performance, resilient infrastructure for clients such as Microsoft, Google, and Meta.

Prior to founding PGP, Thomas held senior roles directing multi-million-pound contracts across hyperscale developments. He has led teams that consistently deliver on time, on budget, and to spec.

Thomas holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge and a degree in Environmental Building Surveying from the University of Plymouth.
